Can you transfer everything from my old computer to my new one?
Yes. We transfer documents, photos, music, videos, browser bookmarks, and other personal files. If you have specific programs you need, let us know — some software requires a fresh install on the new machine rather than a direct transfer, and we'll walk you through that.
Do I need to bring my old computer too?
For a data transfer, yes — bring both the old and new computers. For a setup-only visit with no data to move, just the new machine is fine. If you're not sure, call or text and we'll tell you exactly what to bring.
Can you come to my home to set it up?
Yes. Mobile setup is available across Ocala, Belleview, Dunnellon, Silver Springs, Citra, The Villages, and surrounding Marion County. Mobile visits are especially useful when you have a printer or network that needs to be tested in your actual home environment.
How long does a new computer setup take?
A basic setup without a data transfer typically takes 1–2 hours. A full setup with data transfer, email, printer, and network configuration is usually 2–3 hours. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you call.
